Our Cancellation, Late Arrival, and No-Show Policy
At SweetSpahh® we understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled from time to time. Because everyone’s time is valuable, and in order to facilitate other clients, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice in these instances. If you arrive late for your appointment we cannot guarantee you will receive your full service; however, you will be charged the full price for the time reserved for you. Please note our specific policies below:

• A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment with us. 
• If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, 50% of the service fee will be charged to your credit card. 
• If you fail to show for an appointment (without any prior notice), 100% of the service fee will be applied.
• These charges will be made with no prior notification.
